I primarily work with high schoolers and young adults navigating life transitions, as well as with individuals who have experienced trauma and want to stop it from continuing to control or limit their life. My approach is casual, direct, and sprinkled with sarcasm when it’s warranted. Together, we focus on practical strategies you can actually use to navigate challenges and make progress in your daily life.
