I've been pleased
I've been pleased with the service thus far- particular the contact from customer service representatives, and a few phone calls from servicers at my home. On one particular occasion, I was pleased to get a very informative and honest phone all about the state of my lawn and it's need for more frequent treatments. I think I would have liked to learn more about what I should be expecting over the months, as my lawn still continues to struggle staying green and has had weeds off-and-on over the past 3-4 months. Not knowing what to look for or expect, it would be more helpful for me to have someone stop by and look at the lawn (maybe once per 2 weeks, etc.) and confirm or address any issues or things I should be expecting, changing- especially due to the stubborn lawn we have at our home.

Great people to work with
Great people to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They go the extra mile with reminders about your upcoming appointment, a knock on the door to see if you have any questions for them, and a smile and wave as they head down the road. Our yard even won 'Yard of the Month'. What a great company!!

Professional, friendly
Professional, friendly and more than willing to answer all my questions. Blake made it clear how much pride he takes in his work, and told me that he viewed my yard as his yard too. TRUGREEN is more like a part of the family than a business.

The service is great
The service is great! I get a call the day before to remind me of the tech's visit. Tech always ring the bell and informs of what work will be done that day. He also asks if I have any questions or concerns. Lawn service, aeration service and tree/shrub service is the best. Our lawn has never looked better since TruGreen started.

The tree guy
The tree guy(Mike Eixon) is very friendly and has done a very good job with our tree's. If there is a problem he talks to us to explain what can be done to help the tree(s) out. The lawn person (Raymond Woods)is very friendly and has done a very good job with our lawn. If there is a problem he talks to us to explain what can be done to help the lawn out so, it will become a lawn that everybody wants in the neighborhood..

Using your company's services
Using your company's services has made taking care of the yard much easier. We spend a lot of time in the yard. In the past, this was a problem in the summer due to swarms of mosquitoes. Your new product for the control of these pests did a wonderful job. We were able to spend a nearly mosquito bite free summer! Thanks!

Generally good service; done at times when I am gone to workout, etc. I would feel better if I could have a specific time of arrival so I could make a point of specific problems that I would like to discuss.

This was my first time using the services of TruGreen. My yard has never looked this good. After the first service there was way less clover. As the service continued there were fewer weeds and the grass looked much healthier. When I called for a couple more weed treatments someone came out promptly. I'm so glad I hired TruGreen.

Calll before coming out so they have access to your yard. Come to the door on the day of the application to let you they are in your yard. Will come back if not satisfied. Knowledgeable and courteous staff.

The service guys are always friendly and helpful
My lawn looked really good this year. Last year I had many weeds in the middle of summer. Tru-Green came extra times without charge to get rid of them. All that has paid off this year. The service guys are always friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and are knowledgeable
The persons who apply the fertilizer and grass seed are very friendly and are knowledgeable about what is really needed to keep my lawn in good shape.
