Growing up in small town, Worms, Nebraska, I understand the importance of hard work and dependability. Some of my hobbies include spending time at the lake, trying new restaurants, and catching a Nebraska sporting event. I am a graduate from Doane University in Crete Nebraska with a degree in Business Administration and have been working in the agency since May of 2019. Ben Stephens

I have been working at the Agency since 2020, I was born and raised in Lincoln Nebraska. I enjoy playing pick-up games of basketball and golfing with my friends on the weekend. My favorite part of working at this Agency would be the atmosphere and working with friends every day, this really makes coming to work enjoyable each day. Brook Wichmann

I am originally from Palmer, Nebraska, where I was born and raised on a family ranch. Growing up in a small town instilled in me a strong appreciation for community and meaningful communication, which ultimately led me to pursue a career in the insurance industry. I graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in the fall of 2021 with a degree in Business Administration and have been working at the agency since that time. In my role, I am committed to helping customers understand their policies and seeing they have the coverage options that best fits their needs. I also strive to keep customers knowledgeable about important updates and changes within the insurance industry. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and taking advantage of the outdoors whenever possible.

Drake Kunze

My name is Drake Kunze, I am from Palmer, Nebraska. Growing up in a small town, I realized how important it is to have a great culture, which is what I enjoy about working in this office. I graduated high school from Plamer NE, then went on to get my associate degree from Northeast Community College in Norfolk. Some of my hobbies include golfing, hanging out at the lake, and watching sports. I have been with the Agency for over a year, and I love our work environment. My favorite part of the job is finding an insurance policy best suited for customers helping see they are covered properly for their needs. I hope to help our agency grow these next couple of years and would be more than happy to help with any insurance needs.

Nathan Oswald

My name is Nathan Oswald, and I grew up in Allen, Nebraska. I have been with the agency since September of 2024, and I am always happy to offer options on policies that best suit you, so if there is anything I can help with, do not hesitate to reach out. I graduated from Central Community College in Columbus, Nebraska where I got my associate's degree in business administration while also being a part of the golf team there. In my free time, I love to golf, travel, work out, cheer on the Cornhuskers, and spend time with my family.

Josh Thomas

I started at this Agency in March of 2025. Originally an Omaha native, I moved to Lincoln to get my Bachelor's in Fine Arts. In my free time I enjoy finding new food spots with my friends, painting, and relaxing at home with my cat. I enjoy the variety of challenges this work has to offer and being able to help people with their individual insurance needs is very fulfilling. Ryan Hauserman

I began my journey into the insurance world in May of 2025. I’ve loved my time so far in this field, and I wish I had found the agency earlier in my life. I’ve lived in Lincoln for the last 12 years. During this time, I got married to my best friend which we now have a 3-year-old son together, celebrated birthdays and anniversaries with family, and built lifelong friendships through our church and beyond. In my free time, I can be found at or watching a Husker sporting event, practicing keeping my dying golf game alive, hanging around a fire with family or friends, or going on fun adventures to the park with my wife and son. The Lord has blessed me beyond measure. Before I came to Lincoln, I was born and raised in Minden, NE. It’s the small town with Pioneer Village and the awesome Christmas lights on the courthouse. Growing up in a small-town Nebraska is truly a one-of-kind experience. It teaches you things like the value of relationships, being honest even if it’s hard, and doing things with integrity. I found those same values operating here at the agency. It was extremely easy to say yes to this group of people who are striving to help better the whole state of Nebraska by being a team that embraces service, integrity, and product knowledge to best serve you.
